Amazingly I did exactly that:

• I am no longer obese.
• I no longer abuse myself with food.
• I healed my mind, body and spirit
• I put my life back together piece by painful piece
• I went from marathon food festivals to running triathlons ( I might come last but better last over the line in a tri than first in line for a pie!)
• I might not be a size 0 but I am so much more than that pardon the pun
• Because after all that I have been through I can finally say I love and respect myself and I look forward to a life filled with love, hope, happiness and fulfilment.

My life has truly been TRANSFORMED.

What a luxury — to be ABLE to transform your life.

If only it was that easy for everyone else.

My beautiful and 'perfect' son Kai, has Aspergers (a form of autism) and no matter what he does, he cannot change they way he is. He gets teased, left out, picked on, humiliated and worst of all, now, as he is getting older, he knows he is different to the other kids at school and on the bad days, at only nine years of age, he talks about killing himself because not only does he know he is different, but kids constantly remind him and ostracise him because of it. And THAT has to change!

And so the time has come for me to do something about it. But to do so I have to raise money, awareness and ultimately acceptance which brings me to THE MAGIC WARDROBE AUCTION.

I am going to search the world for celebrities willing to give me something from their wardrobe, something with a story attached, and something I can sell. I am going to auction the items online right here and distribute the funds to autism charities world wide. THEN I am going on a mission to foster a program of acceptance and understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorders and acceptance of differences in general.
